Cancellation Policy

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your child’s spot.

Full balance is due by July 20th for Early Bird Pricing.

Cancellations before July 23rd will receive a refund for the amount paid minus the $50 deposit.

The $50 deposit can be used as a credit toward any future Art Sprouts program within 12 months.

Cancellations after July 23rd are non-refundable (but you may still transfer the spot to another child).
Illness/Emergency

Illness or Emergency
If your child cannot attend due to illness or a family emergency, please contact me right away. I will work with you on a case-by-case basis to offer a credit toward any future Art Sprouts program (valid for 12 months).
