Cancellation Policy
Homeschool and Afterschool Art Club
(Sept. 14th- Oct. 19th)

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your child’s spot.

Full refund if cancelled by September 7th.

Cancellations after September 7th will receive a refund for the amount paid minus the $50 deposit.

The $50 deposit can be used as a credit toward any future Art Sprouts program within 12 months.

Cancellations after September 7th are non-refundable (but you may still transfer the spot to another child).

Wizard Garden (October 3)
Full refund if canceled by September 26. After that date, payment is non-refundable, but you may transfer the spot to another child.

Wizards and Wands (October 24)
Full refund if canceled by October 17. After that date, payment is non-refundable, but you may transfer the spot to another child.

If I need to cancel a workshop, you will receive a full refund.
Illness/Emergency

Illness or Emergency
If your child cannot attend due to illness or a family emergency, please contact me right away. I will work with you on a case-by-case basis to offer a credit toward any future Art Sprouts program (valid for 12 months).
