About Me
Hi, I’m Geni McClung, a certified art teacher with over 20 years of experience teaching art to children. I’ve always loved watching kids light up when they discover their own creativity. That’s why I created Art Sprouts Hawkinsville: a small, personal art studio in my cozy home right here in Hawkinsville. With our small groups, every child gets plenty of individual attention, encouragement, and hands-on fun.
My Teaching Philosophy
I believe every child is naturally creative. My goal is to help them enjoy the process of making art, not to create perfect pieces. In our small, supportive environment, children feel safe to try new things, celebrate mistakes as part of learning, and leave each day feeling proud of what they created. I want your child to walk away with more than just artwork, I want them to gain confidence, problem-solving skills, and a lifelong love for creating.
